Who said my daily picture making project was self referential? I could pretend this a secret message or I could own up and say I just visually arranged a selection of my prints and stamps. 

I'm going with a secret message.

273 Drawing Pins - lino print

I liked the series of nine nails and nine double ended nails so much I have done nine coloured drawing pins. I envisage these being displayed by sticking a drawing pin through the lot!

272 Head -lino print

I had a hospital appointment today to do a CT scan of the inside of my head (sinuses). Which got me to wondering what they might find in there when they get the pictures back. Here are a few of my ideas, based on the last few days printing!

I think technically this is a stamp rather than a print? Printmakers? Any ideas? I have mounted it on a piece of wood and can stamp/print at will....

270 Blackberry and Damson Jam Label

I have been busy in the garden today while Debbie makes jam, the first of the presses is damson and blackberry jam. Here is the label I made. This is my first 'useful' daily picture!

I was thinking about doing something completely different for today's daily offering (which I will save for another day) but I ended up making a selection of these 'staples' or 'horseshoe nails' or 'double ended nails', I have heard them called different things. Anyway I am using them in the garden so, I printed them, nine of them.

Ahhhh summer holidays, feel like printing a turquoise chicken - print a turquoise chicken. Then relax....

267 Gardening hat -Linoprint

This is the hat I use when I am gardening or generally sitting out in the sun, I am afraid this is the only other hat I have other than the fez I printed yesterday. Makes me wish I had more hats so I could do a hat series.
