Happy Birthday
Diego Velazquez! As a tribute to my favourite painter I have recreated one of my favourite moments from his early paintings.
'The Waterseller' has the most fantastic bit of painting on the pot in the foreground where a splash of water has hit the pot. Quiet but stunning. Here is a large cactus pot that I splashed a little bit of water down the side. Mine is more of a dribble than a splash.
