Another half eaten biscuit! Now I have done a small amount of research into jammie dodgers over the weekend. This is a bona fide dodger, however, the pretend ones are much tastier. This i due to having a layer of cream in them as well as the jam. The cream layer aids the moisture level of the dodger whereas the original Jammie biscuit is a little dry and the biscuit is a touch undercooked. But they sure do look pretty! Oil on gesso 16cm x 12cm.
