This was one of a bunch of orange roses I bought Debbie on Thursday. This one has gradually drooped over the last couple of days and I decided, today, that it is not going to make it. So I have immortalised it in oil paint, you can clearly see the droop in the stem, I suspect from damage in transit somewhere down the line. Oil on gesso 16cm x 12cm.Saturday, 6 June 2009
#195 Orange Rosebud
