I have been lining papering the bedroom in preparation for painting. I felt a scrap of lining paper was not the most interesting painting to make or look at so, I tore a scrap from the surplus wallpaper from the living room. It is a plush black and grey acanthus leaf pattern which was our DIY treat when doing up the living room. Oil on gesso 16cm x 12cm.

#63 Scrap of Wallpaper
I have been lining papering the bedroom in preparation for painting. I felt a scrap of lining paper was not the most interesting painting to make or look at so, I tore a scrap from the surplus wallpaper from the living room.
